We are currently looking for a Surfacing Operative to join our friendly South West team around Stancombe, Bristol. Here at Tarmac, we are working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds.

Role Responsibility

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager you will be required:

* To be actively involved in all day to day activities of a machine surfacing gang including safety, planning, efficiency, quality and customer relations.

* To adhere company Health and Safety policies and procedures at all times

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role you will have experience of working within a gang on both large small road surfacing schemes. You will also:

* Have good communication skills

* Be able to work independently and as part of a team

* Have experiencing of operating road surfacing equipment

Qualifications

* CSCS

* UK Driving Licence
