What is the Role?

To secure property, access, wayleave, easements and servitudes for consents in support of SSEET commercial rights for its business use, and to Project Managers who are tasked with delivering projects on data centres, radio sites, greenfield and brownfield sites.

What do I need?

Business Knowledge

- Preparation and negotiation of heads of terms for property, wayleaves, easements and servitudes and supporting legal escalations

- Understanding of end to end process - receipt of application to completion of site build

- Knowledge of customer products

- Interpretation of legal clauses - to understand rights and obligations on site

- Geographical information - understand locations of sites, access limitations and health, safety and environmental requirements

Essential Functional / Technical Skills

- Negotiating skills to secure land, wayleaves, easements and servitudes

- Project Management - skills to deliver projects to time and budget

- Health, Safety and Environment - understand processes and procedures to ensure safe working when setting people to work

- Quality - Report writing and ability to work to, write and amend quality documents

Personal Attributes / Competencies

- Exemplary Customer Focus

- Commercial Awareness

- Team Working

- Using own initiative to 'think out of the box' for solutions to secure property, wayleaves, easements and servitudes

It is an essential requirement for this role that you have a full, current driving licence.
