Role and Responsibilities
Purpose of the Role:
We are currently looking for a Permanent IT Support Manager to join our IT Support team at Samsung AI Centre - Cambridge. This individual is required to have previously worked in a 1st and 2nd Line Desktop / Server support role.
Management of AI computing clusters and data intensive computing server farm.
Management of up to 100 users with Windows and Linux desktop environment
Management of local area network
System auditing and asset management of software and hardware.
Implement and coordinate systems and corporate security policies and procedure
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience on Linux system administration with good troubleshooting skill
Windows troubleshooting skill with Windows active directory management
Understanding of networking/DHCP/DNS
PC Installation and troubleshooting in corporate environment
