Reporting to the Head of HR for COWI in the UK, you will be part of a team of 5 HR colleagues and collaborate with our skilled colleagues across the globe. You will be key in the process of offshoring our administrative HR processes which will enable our HR Business Partners to focus on specialised tasks and add more value to our stakeholders.

REALISE YOUR POTENTIAL IN A GLOBAL TEAM OF EXPERTS

You will be responsible for managing a programme of transferring HR operational processes to our global central services team based outside the UK. We have a need to increase efficiency to ensure that HR can support our growing business, therefore you will need an eye for detail to add value and input into streamlining and offshoring HR processes.

Your responsibilities will cover:

* Review of processes and procedures, documenting procedures where required and mapping out the transfer process, this will include but not limited to Masterdata; employment contracts; training records.nb

* Liaise with HR colleagues in the BL International HR team and with colleagues within the COWI Group to ensure alignment.

* Provide support to the UK HR team with overflow of work including employment contracts and supporting other HR projects.

Your ability to communicate and plan will be key to your success.

Other valuable experiences are:

* Knowledge and experience of HR process mapping and optimisation

* Experience of offshoring initiatives and collaborating with remote colleagues

* Familiar with operational HR requirements such as employment contracts and masterdata

* Structured and able to prioritise the many incoming demands

* Project management

* Teamwork and collaboration

* Good communication skills

* Knowledge of GDPR
