HR Administrator : Full Time or Part Time

The Position

RPS Group is looking for an HR Administrator to join our shared services team based in Huddersfield. In this role you will provide accurate and timely HR Admin support to the HR Business Partners, HR Team Colleagues and internal clients.

This role can be considered on a Full Time or Part Time basis.

Your Responsibilities

* Production of all HR administration including offer letters, contracts of employment, variations to contract, references etc
* Update and maintain company electronic personnel records and documentation
* Update and maintain HR database
* Answer employees queries about HR and payroll-related issues
* Collating payroll information, including starters and leavers, and liaising with the Group Payroll Function to facilitate changes
* Ability to provide advice and guidance to line managers and employees, for e.g. family leave
* Supporting ad-hoc HR projects
* Variety of general administrative tasks
* Build effective relationships with colleagues

Your Experience

The essential knowledge and experience required for this role is as follows:

* HR & Payroll administration
* Strong IT Skills
* Keen eye for detail
* Ability to work in a team environment with the drive to use own initiative
* Fast paced environment
* Self-motivated and highly organised
* Excellent verbal, written and numeracy skills
* The desirable attributes required for this role are as follows:
* Experience within a similar role and environment

* Ability to learn quickly
* To be able to communicate with internal customers at all levels
* Pro-active approach
* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
