Your team

Your team
You will be working in the Supplier Management team spread across UBS locations in Switzerland, UK, Poland, India, and the US. This team is part of UBS’s Supply Chain organization within Group Corporate Services and was created to support UBS with its third party vendor sourcing strategies as well as to manage the services provided by our external suppliers. Supplier Regulatory Design & Training is responsible for designing and implementing processes that integrate into appropriate governance and address especially regulatory requirements, as well as for training relevant stakeholders appropriately.

Your expertise

You have:

– Relevant risk and/or compliance management experience particularly in the 3rd party management area, i.e., assessing and managing risks particularly for regulatory compliance, reputational, financial, contractual, strategic, and macro risks (e.g., geopolitical)
– Running and managing a diverse and global team
– Ideally have an understanding of sourcing, vendor and contract management processes
– Experience of change management & business process and re-engineering
– Proven capability to manage multiple and complex stakeholders
– Exceptional communication & presentation skills
– An eye for detail with excellent analytical skills
