Requirements: Degree with relevance to Project Controls or Planning, 2:1 minimum
Business Areas: Infrastructure, Utilities, Highways and Streetworks, Plant, Building and Development, HS2 or York Potash
Over the course of two years, you’ll shape your role in the Murphy family. You’ll combine your talents with a diverse team around the business, working together to create smart solutions to complex challenges – from construction to financial management to engineering and design.
The programme will give you a platform to explore your options, the encouragement to get involved across the entire business and opportunities to work towards a valuable professional qualification.
Throughout the programme, you’ll be able to undertake bespoke training that’s catered to the business area you choose. So whether you decide to go down the route of engineering or feel that finance is the place for you, you’ll gain skills relevant to the role you’ll be doing, both on and off the job. You’ll earn the experience you need by working with senior colleagues and managers, gaining regular feedback along the way. And with our Murphy Academy , you’ll learn how to lead through targeted skills training.
