We have a secondment/fixed term opportunity for a Graduate Programme Manager to lead on the Graduate Programme by driving the development and delivery of solutions that strengthens our future talent pipelines. We are looking for someone to champion and drive the AWE internal and external approach to future talent and to extend and build the programme to include a stronger “Alumni” and ongoing improvement of the programme.
As the Graduate Programme Manager you will develop, manage and maintain the induction, development, out turn and Alumni of those on the Graduate Programme and build and maintain strong relationships and communication channels with our Graduate Reps, Graduate Managers, Project Sponsors and Graduates.
You will partner extensively with the Resourcing partners in HR to ensure you are aligned on all aspects of the Graduate programme recruitment campaign and be a central point of contact and subject matter expert for all matters arising from, affecting or relating to the AWE Graduate Programme.
We are looking for the Graduate Programme Manager to have:
Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
Excellent networking skills
Ability to gain commitment and buy in to support development of talent, succession planning and personal development planning
Confident presenter and facilitator with a strong personal impact
Strong organisational skills
This role will be an internal secondment or fixed term contract for 15 months and would be ideal for someone looking to expand their network and has an interest in our Graduate Programme.
