Through our experienced GIS (Geographic Information Systems) team PBA is at the forefront of digital geographical information, providing analytical tools and data tailored to the need of our client.

We have had access to the latest software and technology, enabling advanced spatial analysis and visualisation of complex spatial phenomenon. Through the use of web-based GIS tools, 3D visualisation, and mobile survey technology, PBA offers the best solution for the project, and provides insightful, clear support.

Using our up-to-date data store, the GIS team is able to develop new tools and products to support decision-making and increase efficiency across all disciplines.

About You

To join our Graduate Development Programme you need to be passionate and ready to join a leading consultancy to help deliver our projects for our clients. A creative mind is key; you’ll need to demonstrate ‘outside the box’ thinking and innovation in your work to date.

The successful candidate will be a positive and enthusiastic team player and should have a GIS, Geography, Environmental or similar degree. Ideally the candidate will have undertaken GIS projects, work experience or similar during the course of their degree and should be well versed in common geospatial concepts. In addition the candidate must:

* Have experience with the use of ArcGIS desktop for analysis and visualisation

* Have experience in developing tools using model-builder and/or python

* Understand the concepts and the importance of spatial data management

* Be highly organised and have excellent attention to detail

* Have a flexible approach to work to meet business demands

* Have the ability to communicate and liaise with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels

* Be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
