Bouygues UK have an opportunity for a Bid Assistant to join our Bid team.

Reporting to our Bid Manager to be based in our Central London Head Office. You will play a key part in the creation of Bids, Presentations and other supporting materials.

The Role:

- Detailed review of Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) documentation - preparation of tracker documents, outlining requirements and key dates

- Writing responses to the PQQ working within the Submission Team on the graphic preparation of the PQQ return

- Supporting team to write responses to qualitative aspects of PQQs and tenders

- Assist in the production of presentation material for client interviews / meetings

- Maintaining information on current and recently completed projects by visiting sites and interviewing Project Directors

- Research tasks - I.e. local authority research, competitor research, project research

- Writing Case Studies and good news stories

- Maintaining CV information for team members

Essential Criteria:

- Degree or equivalent in Journalism, Creative Writing or similar

- Genuine interest in the Construction industry

- Strong research skills

- Ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels

- Strong attention to detail
