Job Responsibilities:

Kier Construction are currently looking to recruit a Foreman / Supervisor to be based on one of our sites in Scunthorpe. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that the safety on site is at the highest possible standards and will include inductions and effective TBT’s, Task Briefings and Point of Work assessments for site operatives. You will supervise the site activities that are being carried out ensuring that they are within the operative’s skill and experience levels. You will have involvement of organisation and procurement of plant / materials to ensure completion of works and will be responsible for maintaining daily site records and work with the management team to produce information for progress reports.

What do we need from you?

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience of supervising previous site activities to a high standard across similar construction projects, as well as being able to evidence previous experience of the set up and day to day running of the construction sites. We will need you to hold a valid CSCS ideally to Supervisor standards, along with a SSSTS or equivalent.
