Your Mission:
To be part of a team carrying out service and maintenance of Fire & Security systems across multiple sites in a manner that delivers safe, profitable, timely and high quality for our customers, whilst being an ambassador and promoting Schneider Electric in a positive light at all times.

Your responsibilities:
The execution of diverse Fire & Security related maintenance and replacement minor works.
Production of customer service visit reports, test results and updated drawings.
Perform in a professional manner to help build team and customer confidence and thereby contributing to the promotion of service business growth.
Provide support and development of others in terms of direction, advice, support, commitment, effort and dedication as required to fellow team members and customers.
To work within all set procedures and to ensure Health and Safety is the most important element in this regard.
Efficiently execute the Field Service Engineer role and all tasks allocated to you in a diligent manner / in pursuit of effective service delivery and help others to increase skill range and knowledge in the process.
Carry out all maintenance and field quote works as per contract requirements.
Commercial awareness and completion of extra works against a set scope.
Keep safe and maintain all company property issued, ensure it is routinely PAT or calibration tested and bring to the company’s attention any items that are not of a serviceable nature in a timely manner.

About you:
You will hold the required Fire & Security knowledge and experience, and relevant electrical and BS5839 qualifications.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and demonstrable customer service skills and attitude.
You will have good operational knowledge of fire alarm systems and security systems across intruder detection & alarm, door access control and CCTV.
Knowledge and certification in support of BS5839 and BAFE.
An awareness of Schneider Electric's products and applications.
Site safety passport / CSCS certification and/or experience of working on customer sites, commercial awareness and small project / extra works experience.
