Our Team:

The SIM is the smallest Network Element within
Vodafone’s mobile network, providing the basis to bill our customers and enable
his access to our network. At VF-Group we are providing a harmonized and well
qualified SIM to our markets with an up-to-date technology and the latest
security mechanism. With the use of VF central SIM in over 20 markets worldwide
business synergies are used over Consumer and Enterprise to ensure scalable,
cost-efficient solutions.

Digitisation will change every customer journey touch point. This is supported by the new
eSIM technology including the way in which Vodafone provisions customers, the
SIM chip hardware solutions, interfaces and player in the markets. By deploying consumer and IoT subscription
management, (eSIM) ecosystems in all markets to further accelerate our customer
experience we change the way we do business and ensure that Vodafone is playing
a crucial role as a technology company.

The SIM Products functions is joining Vodafone’s
(e)SIM know how to enable Consumer and Enterprise functions to provide
connectivity, drive the SIM digitalization and the introduction of new services
to their customers. The service
ownership of VF Group eSIM service, with the architectural design and further
development of the component is an integral part of the overall SIM strategy.

Role purpose:

The eSIM Service
Delivery Manager expands the VF eSIM footprint across all markets and
Enterprise customer (B2B). The role ensures the project delivery of the central
eSIM components and applications to Vodafone local Consumer and IoT solutions.

It combines the
requirements of IT technology and eSIM ecosystem delivery by being compliant to
an international defined GSMA standard. Several Consumer markets eSIM
deployment have to be managed in parallel to the deployment of IoT B2B
Subscription management projects with key VF customers.

During the full
lifecycle of the project from original concept to final implementation, it
supports key stakeholder and manages third party delivery. This includes
project planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality and communication
by prioritizing at the same time different projects and demands over the
different cross-functional and partner teams.

With us you will:


Plan and implement in close
cooperation with Group Commercial, Group Enterprise and technical leads the
roadmap for Consumer eSIM markets and IoT Customer projects


Managing projects by
collecting, and driving the definition and implementation of the business,
functional and technical requirements from major stakeholders


Assure in close cooperation
with the technical product lead the delivery of the


Consumer and IoT eSIM
project during all phases, pre-sales, Initiating &Planning, Implementing
& Control, closure and Hand-over


Managing Risks, activities,
issues with large virtual teams in Consumer and IoT functions and third parties


Develop and maintain
relationship with key stakeholders, third parties and customers to ensure
proactively transparency of the project state (highlights, risks, issue,
dependencies and changes) and technical solutions under discussion

Apply if you have:


Higher education degree in
Engineering /IT or Business analysis and min 8+ year correlated work experience


Experience in IT Project
/Program Management of complex projects with several stakeholders,
international teams and technologies


Proven strong stakeholder
management and communication skills in written & spoken


Strong ability to abstract
complex technical requirements with a strong desire to deliver


Understanding of (e)SIM provisioning
methods and processes


Highly professional project
management and relationship management skills, preferable certified on Program
management methodology eg. Prince 2, PMI


Ability to manage multiple
stakeholders and teams, with a range of cultural background, in different
location and third party resources

English fluent
