What is the role?
We are currently looking to recruit a new work Electrician based in the South East area to carry out works on street lights for Counties: Kilkenny, Carlow & Tipperary though this can vary depending on business circumstances.
Duties will include:
- Electrical installation works (Public lighting and General electrical)
- Setting out jobs from drawings and specifications
- Test systems
- Client Liaison
- Cable Fault repairs/Column Knockdowns/Non Routine Repairs
- Initial Site visits and surveys of PL installations
What do I need?
Working on our public lighting contracts, you will be able to demonstrate competency in various types of electrical installations. Successful candidates will possess appropriate electrical qualifications and FETAC FAS grading accreditation. You will thrive in a team environment, whilst also being able to work independently. You must have the ability to complete risk assessments to ensure work is completed correctly and all applicants are required to hold a full Irish driving license with class C accreditation Safe Pass, Manual Handling, MEWP and be CSCS trained in SLG.
