Job Description Summary
Ensures the integrity of Customer Data is maintained and provides assurance of all change such that essential data is accessible and usable, in line with a practical delivery against the needs of the Business and the critical processes that the data supports.
The Data Integrity Assurance manager role is an exciting opportunity for a data-focused individual to join the Enterprise Data Team within Lloyds Banking Group’s Group Transformation division. The Data team plays a key role in Lloyds Banking Group becoming the Best Bank for Customers, as we put our customers and their data across multiple platforms at the heart of the solutions we deliver.

This is a great time to join our team as we lead the key Enterprise Data Enabler within the 3rd Group Strategic Review, delivering significant enterprise-wide data improvements including a strategic Single Customer View, and big data driven Enterprise Data Hub.
This varied role provides an exciting opportunity for an individual who has a restless curiousity towards problem solving, a desire to become a subject matter expert in Customer Data, and is proactive in engaging with Stakeholders from both Business areas group-wide and our internal Engineering partners. The objective of the team is to ensure the integrity of Customer Data is maintained, and that essential data is accessible and usable, all in line with a practical delivery against the needs of the Business.
Under the Data Lead and OCIS Application Owner, the successful candidate will have responsibility for assessing all project led change, and usage of Customer Data held within Enterprise Data owned applications that support critical Business and customer facing processes throughout the Group. They will influence Engineering designs, and lead Business stakeholders to ensure the integrity of the data is maintained by enforcing design and architectural governance. Working with Business stakeholders the candidate will provide consultancy and guidance on the OCIS, GDW and EDH applications and the data held within.
The key skills required are a proactive and adaptable style, strong stakeholder management (typically upto Grade G), an ability to translate the technical to the practical, and an analytical and clear communication style. Knowledge of Group-level data architecture, and Application Owner responsibilities is preferable.
This is a full time role reporting to the Customer Data Integrity Senior Manager.
Key Accountabilities for this role:
Proactive engagement across Divisions to ensure Data Change is anticipated, identified, shaped and delivered effectively
Liaising with stakeholders to understand requirements and proposed usage of Customer Data, analyse impacts to data and service, drive prioritisation and delivery
Review of input documentation ranging from design documents to Project Briefs to identify data and service impacts
Effective communication of the change progress to all Business stakeholders throughout lifecycle of project
Stakeholder influence typically upto Grade G
Own, influence and steer design issues
Build and maintain networks across Business and Engineering in order to source necessary data and information
Provision of consultation to Engineering and Business colleagues regarding Customer Data
Provision of Application Owner approval for Customer Data Change activity
Liaising with dedicated testing resource within the Data team to provide steer and guidance on content of appropriate testing activity
Ownership of all Data team related elements when working with impacting projects
Adoption of an Agile approach to all working practices
Positively influence others by demonstrating core LBG values and behaviours
