We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and motivated Credit Controller to join us in our successful Woking Collections team. You will be driven and strive to exceed targets and play a vital role within Allianz to support our financial stability
As a Credit Controller you will support the Commercial and Engineering Divisions, working closely with your colleagues and external customers (which may include travel) to build strong relationships and enable us to meet our business objectives. Our market is constantly changing and we need to be able to find new and better ways of doing things.
You will take responsibility for a panel of accounts and their associated premiums ensuring timely and efficient collection of premiums that are due to Allianz Insurance, in order to maintain cash flow and minimise the incidence of bad debt. You will utilise a variety of system based reporting tools and the ability to manipulate data in excel will be essential to the production of regular reports. Full training will be provided including the opportunity to gain relevant professional qualifications (CICM).
Skills & Experience
• Qualified to GCSE standard or equivalent (including Maths and English at Grade C or above/equivalent)
• Previous credit control experience or experience in a customer service role preferred
• Able to deliver high quality work under pressure and within required timescales
• Able to deal with internal and external customers at all levels, in person and communicate using different media
• You will be influential and friendly with strong negotiation skills
• Strong Customer service attitude
