* Successful record of IT project management and applications management (such as CRM, ERP, HR systems, etc)

* experience working for international companies and senior management

* Vast Knowledge in managing various applications platforms, software and technologies

* Manage a portfolio of complex initiatives that span one or multiple lines of business

* Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones

* Manage the customer - Identify and develop customer's trusted adviser relationship with project and program stakeholders, sponsors

* Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously and meet project milestones on time and on budget

* Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project
