Role and Responsibilities

Purpose of the Role:

We are looking for an exceptional Vision and Machine Learning graduate to join our growing team in Staines-upon-Thames. You desire to become an expert in Vision and Machine Learning techniques applied to Scene understanding, 3D reconstruction, Image processing, Augmented Reality and many more new and exciting future technology domains. You are keen to learn new and challenge status quo, we will support and teach you the processes, tools and best practices of commercial R&D environment. You will work in a small dynamic team across various technologies to research and develop algorithms and software for outstanding products.

Your role at SRUK will involve:

Research and implementation of state of the art methods in the fields of Vision and Machine Learning
Proof of concept work on new innovative ways to overcome technical challenges and enhance user experience
Creation of new ideas and solution proposals for the next wave of outstanding products and services

Skills and Qualifications

Skills and attributes:

Required Skills

A degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, Engineering or any related discipline
Experience with machine learning techniques within a computer vision context
Appreciation of software development practices using python or C++
Good communication skills, team work and a results-oriented attitude, pro-active problem solver

Desirable Skills

PhD/MSc in Computer Vision, Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
Experience with Deep Neural Networks using TensorFlow, Keras, Caffe or other ML framework.
