An overview of the role

In order to drive the growth agenda in Cyber Security for Cloud Infrastructure Services, we are looking to expand our cyber security team. In this role you will be responsible for cyber-security pre-sales and business development for security solutions particularly within the Operational Technology (OT) and EIOT Security Capability.

The work

Working within the Cloud Infrastructure Services business to provide leading solutions to large global customers through an integrated global sales and delivery model. You will be joining a global team of committed professionals who advise, transform and run client IT services. We help organizations meet their business goals by transforming and managing their IT infrastructure landscape – leveraging innovations notably in automation and the cloud.

Your activities will involve pre-sales including the development of effective solutions to support Operational Technology and Industrial Control Systems ensuring the application of current and emerging technologies.

You will operate in difficult, complex or political environments – taking full responsibility for outcomes – whilst promoting and representing the group internally and externally including at board level. In order to succeed, you will develop strong working relationships and strategic partnerships with internal and external clients, maximizing benefit for all the parties.

You will generate creative and innovative perspectives using visionary application of technology and constantly seeking improvement and lead and build effective teams in order to meet business objectives and changing market requirements.

Being aligned to the Operational Technology (OT) and EIOT Security Capability, your responsibilities will include specifying, communicating and delivering the pre-sales Security Consulting, Security Architecture and Engineering services aligned with the OT and EIOT capability in Capgemini’s model for Cybersecurity Transformation and Enablement Services. This will include:

• Lead and execute OT or EIOT client pre-sales engagements (and in certain cases subsequent delivery)
• Bring strong OT/EIOT industry experience with knowledge of OT platforms and good practice (‘the art of the possible’) to our bids and engagements and use this to highlight potential OT&EIOT Security Solutions.
• Conduct Client surveys to help customers identify the systems in their OT environment (including offshore environments)
• Provide OT solutions based on security compliance assessments to assess vulnerabilities in OT environments
• Based on risk assessments conducted to assess and mitigate the identified vulnerabilities in OT environments provide roadmaps, solutions and architectures to enhance the clients long term OT security requirements
• Develop OT policies and procedures to help customers reduce the risk of a security breach at an installation, and sustain OT security
• Provide general OT security advice to assist customers addressing OT security issues and ensure safe, continuous production operations
• Identifying, recommending and co-ordinating training sessions to coach other teams about security-relevant technologies, processes and tools within the OT area.

In addition; you will be able to evidence the below requirements:
• Prior experience working in OT environments across a variety of verticals to include Energy, Oil and Gas, Chemical, Pharmaceutical and/or related industries.
• Specialty in one or more of the following OT domains: Network Architecture, Inventory Gathering, Situational Review, Endpoint Protection, Policy & Governance, Standards, Education & Awareness
• Experience working in a consultant capacity or within an organisations OT environment to establish roadmaps to improve their current security posture and developing the functional/operational processes and procedures to support their mission.
• Prior experience leading an assessment or evaluation of an OT environment to include execution of the assessment, analysis of results, and formulation of a final report for dissemination to key stakeholders.
• Experience of Azure or Amazon IOT service frameworks an advantage
• Prior experience evaluating and assessing large organisations from the standpoint of OT.
• Relevant certifications or knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
