What You'll Do

Ever wondered what it would be like to immerse yourself in an opportunity to drive technology disruptions in the world, while making employees more productive? What would it feel like to be part of the collaboration tools that are enabling millions of people to work from home during this pandemic and still be effective?

This is an excellent opportunity to be a part of a dynamic, global team in which everyone collaborates to achieve a common goal of improving the digital employee experience. We are looking for a candidate, who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment and who has successfully driven change in a large enterprise.

As a Change Management Analyst in IT, you will develop change management plans, create communications, and deliver training to ensure all Cisco employees leverage Cisco’s collaboration tools. You’ll be responsible for developing change management success metrics and refining your plans to ensure a broad adoption of Webex Meetings and Webex Teams.

In this job you will:

· Train employees on new enhancements to Cisco collaboration tools, based upon monthly releases

· Develop and publish written communications for key Cisco technologies, such as Webex Meetings and Webex Teams

· Develop communications and change management plans to ensure a successful adoption of Cisco’s collaboration tools

· Leverage key change management methodologies to drive change including Change Impact Assessments, Stakeholder Analysis, etc.

In the end, the outcome is: help people, connect lives, and change the world – that’s what we do.

Who You'll Work With

The Cloud Collaboration Change Management Analyst is responsible for driving all change management, communications and training efforts for the Cisco products made available to employees – including Cisco Webex Meetings and Cisco Webex Teams. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for creating change management and communication plans, developing success metrics, and tracking adoption.

You will be working alongside a global team of IT engineers, communications manager, project managers and service managers to coordinate operational efforts as part of regular Cisco product releases. You will have the opportunity to interact with many end users by delivering training for each release.

Who You Are

If you have an authentic passion for learning new and upcoming technologies, making businesses better, and providing value to stakeholders and teammates, this role will definitely be of interest to you.

You will bring:

· 5+ years of professional experience in change management and communications

· Experience in delivering training to diverse audiences

· Ability to create training materials that are easily digestible by end users

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to develop and maintain change management success metrics

· Self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work toward long-term goals

· Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related degree

Desired Skills

· Experience in working with Eloqua to deliver communications to large audiences

· Experience in delivering training in a purely virtual environment

· Ability to identify process optimization opportunities to improve employee productivity

Why Cisco

#WeAreCisco, where each person is unique, but we bring our talents to work as a team and make a difference. Here’s how we do it.

We embrace digital, and help our customers implement change in their digital businesses. Some may think we’re “old” (30 years strong!) and only about hardware, but we’re also a software company. And a security company. A blockchain company. An AI/Machine Learning company. We even invented an intuitive network that adapts, predicts, learns and protects. No other company can do what we do – you can’t put us in a box!

But “Digital Transformation” is an empty buzz phrase without a culture that allows for innovation, creativity, and yes, even failure (if you learn from it.)

Day to day, we focus on the give and take. We give our best, we give our egos a break and we give of ourselves (because giving back is built into our DNA.) We take accountability, we take bold steps, and we take difference to heart. Because without diversity of thought and a commitment to equality for all, there is no moving forward.

So, you have colorful hair? Don’t care. Tattoos? Show off your ink. Like polka dots? That’s cool.
