Role Summary:
Works as part of the consulting/advisory delivery to support Account manager (EAM & AM) in developing long-lasting and deep relationships with healthcare customers. Uses his/her understanding of healthcare and solutions to support the Senior Client Leader to grow the regional business.

Essential Responsibilities:
• Work as part of a cross-functional team to deliver complex engagement portfolios and healthcare solutions implementation initiatives.
• Support the sales effort at CXO level and spot opportunities.
• Identify and support in developing outcome based partnerships, innovation platforms including customer pilot opportunities, as well as internal organisational improvement initiatives.
• Partner with the Global Solution team and Consulting team to build knowledge and increase customer marketability.
• Develop knowledge base to become an internal and external regional expert and thought leader in one or two solutions areas/practices.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge & experience and significant years of experience in either advisory services, consulting, or performance improvement in a healthcare setting with proven years at a strategic leadership/director level working with executive level clients.
Proven experience with Healthcare Technology and/or Healthcare information Information Technology
Proven years of experience leading and managing projects with outcome focused deliverables.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Power Point).
Ability to travel at least 70%.
Language proficiency in region specific.

Desired Characteristics:
MBA or master’s degree or equivalent knowledge & experience and a significant years of experience in either advisory services or consulting and proven experience at a strategic leadership/director level working with executive level clients and proven years of healthcare clinical or administrative experience.
Demonstrated expertise in the healthcare industry and major trends in the geography in which client projects are delivered.
Proven years of experience working in the Healthcare sector in advisory/consulting role or at a director level within a clinical setting driving performance improvement, cultural change or IT/workflow implementation.
Demonstrated ability to manage financial, delivery, or client risk in a consulting or advisory environment.
Demonstrated data mining and analytical skills.
Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management teams.
Ability to negotiate complex and strategic contracts.
Track record of winning net new business/clients.
Ability to think creatively and create out of the box solutions for external and internal problems.
Demonstrated project management expertise or certification.
Ability to create impactful executive client facing communications and presentations.
Demonstrated expertise in driving change using Change Management tools.
Demonstrated experience in LEAN or Six Sigma tools.
Demonstrated experience delivering feedback and coaching successfully.
Expert interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated experience speaking and writing clearly and convincingly.
Demonstrated business acumen and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and to consistently meet or exceed performance expectations.
Ability to adjust work and communication style based on situational needs.
Demonstrated aptitude for critical thinking to include the evaluation of ideas and synthesizing of information into insights.
Proven ability to accomplish large volume of high quality work under pressure.
