Opportunity for a Civil Infrastructure Engineer to join our team at Head Office, Over Court Barns, near Bristol (BS32 4DF).

Hydrock is an independently owned multidisciplinary consultancy, of circa 550 staff, operating out of 18 offices. It is one of The Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For and a champion of well-being (note we won the most recent Health and Wellbeing Leader of the Year award at the NCE100). We believe part of our success is looking after our people and our values help create a unique, dynamic, working environment. Our values include having fun, giving something back and our families coming first- check out all 10 here (and don’t miss the Challenge Day video on the same page!).

Pre March 2020 we would have been raving about our wonderful head office site and all the great stuff that comes with it but for now that’s not too relevant, while we are all essentially working from home. But we still have our culture and our people and the wellbeing champions in particular are busy dreaming up and delivering opportunities to help keep people happy and healthy and we look forward to returning to the collaborative and social environment that is a Hydrock office, when it is safe to do so (although we expect a blend of office and home working in the future).

The residential market has been affected by the pandemic but our Infrastructure Division have been busy winning and delivering work throughout and are now in a position to invest in new people and grow. They have earned a reputation for high quality and we have real depth in the team. You can learn more about the Division, their projects and people here.
