We’re on the lookout for a Chief of Staff to support our Chief Operating Officer. As Chief of Staff, it’s your job to enable our Chief Operating Officer to perform in their role, supporting them to gain a full understanding of the business area to strategically influence the direction of the business.

As a valued member of this team, you’ll be a close and trusted advisor to the Chief Operating Officer and their leadership team. You’ll gain an in depth understanding of all strategic and operational topics across the function to help you understand where priorities are and where focus is needed. This is a busy role, you’ll have the opportunity to work within a wonderfully diverse and collaborative team, as well as working in close partnership with other Chiefs of Staff within the business.

The must haves

• A background in working as a Chief of Staff
• Proven understanding of analysing and coordinating complex strategic and operational programs of work
• Demonstrable experience of translating active programs of work to the rest of the organisation
• Examples of working collaboratively with key interfaces and stakeholders at senior levels both internally and externally
• Evidenced examples of where you have been responsible for strategic planning at departmental level

Other stuff we’re looking for

• Always maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Proven experience of representing a senior leader in an exceptional way, aligned to a companies values.
• Experience within the Telco industry is an advantage
