As a Channel Inventory Administrator – Fixed Term Contract it’s your opportunity to take ownership of all Virgin Mobile Sales Channels and ensure they are managed to their efficient requirement across all products and groups in order to support Virgin’s sales and revenue targets across consumer, 3rd party and business channels.

As Channel Inventory Administrator you will produce and distribute daily channel allocation reports to sales channels as well as carry out allocation checks 2-3 times a day across channels and realign when they are needed.

You will also be responsible for updating any pre order/back order trackers on a daily basis along with realigning allocations where needed to clear orders and investigate why historical orders have not been processed. Another integral part of the role is to investigate any stock allocation mismatches and raise I.T tickets, as and when an issue is identified.

The must haves

* Have good attention to detail
* An understanding of what excellent customer experience looks like
* The ability to exercise judgement, to make timely and sound decisions regarding highly sophisticated and broad scope issues relating to the trading environment
* Intermediate level of Excel
* Experience of working within a Commercial or Supply Chain environment (Preferably Mobile)

* Experience in partner management, including warehouse operations.
