Business Support Administrator The Role: The Business Support Administrator is responsible for assisting the Fabrications Team with
administration tasks including creating jobs within the costing system, to capture accurate
costing of labour and materials and complete the charging process.
The role is responsible for completing administration tasks required to maintain and develop
the systems used within the business. Key Responsibilities:
Fabrications  Manage the Fabrications mailbox of incoming enquiries and orders, creating new

jobs within Red Sky as required.  Coordinate the job card from the point of completion to raising the customer invoice.
Tasks to include checking orders booked in, transport charges, labour allocation and
costed stock. Review job costings with management and provide costs for the
charging sheet authorised by the Accounts Team.  Close out all completed cost heads in Redsky.

Audits & Stock  Complete daily audits for all stock within the system, working with team leaders to
investigate any anomalies, feeding back to the Quality Team Leader to determine a
root cause.  Assist the Quality Team Leader with monthly and annual stock and asset checks.  Have a good understanding of stock movements, issues and process.

Complaints and Feedback  Monitor and log all complaints and feedback received. Ensure complaints are closed
out within the agreed SLA.  Monitor and log the Am I Driving Safely feedback/complaints received in the shared
mailbox.

Quality Team Back Up  Process transport purchase orders within Redsky and complete GRN from the
haulage tracker populated by the logistics team.  Develop understanding of the procurement process within Red Sky.

Key measures & targets:  Efficient management of completed Fabrication jobs

Person Specification: The successful candidate is likely to meet all of the following criteria:
Essential  Good administrative and organisational skills. Computer literate essential.  Excellent attention to detail. Able to complete tasks and meet deadlines.  Good understanding of Microsoft Office, excel in particular with ability to use v look

up formulas etc.
Desirable  Knowledge of Syrinx or system equivalent
