Business Administration Supervisor (Part Time)

We are currently looking for a Business Administration Supervisor to join our team in Colchester. We’re working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds.

Role Responsibility

Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager you will be responsible for:

* The day to day running and management of the internal sales team

* You will guide and develop the internal team whilst supporting the external Commercial team

* Liaising regularly with stakeholders of varying seniority levels both internally and externally

The Ideal Candidate

To be successful in this role you will have experience of working within a Business Administration/Customer Services environment ideally within a similar industry. You will also:

* Have excellent communication and organisational skills

* Have previous experience of management

* Be able to problem solve within a fast paced environment

* Be motivated

* Be flexible in your working approach

* Have the ability to work within tight time frames
