About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Director (Transport Engineer) to join a supportive leadership team and be part of a dynamic client focused office culture working on a variety of commercial development projects. This strategic client facing role works closely with the Operations Director to ensure all financial targets are met. Work winning is a key element of the role as is providing direction on technical issues associated with transport assessments for a wide range of projects.
Ideally you will have 10+ years’ experience in Transport Engineering and preferably hold Chartered Engineer status. A proven track record of winning work and pursuing business development opportunities is essential along with good working relationships with clients. The ability to present results confidently is required and suitable candidates will have strong numeracy and analytical skills and be excellent in their report writing. A working knowledge of ARCADY, PICADY, LINSIG, and TRICS is preferred.
