Job Summary

We are looking for Signalling Design Engineers to join AECOM as part of the S&C Alliance based in Swindon.

As the Signalling design engineer, you will be expected to produce designs meeting the requirements given in the scope of works and ensure that the operational, technical and safety principals have been applied.

You may be expected to undertake the role of lead engineer on allocated projects and provide support and guidance to less experienced staff.

Role:

Contribute to the preparation of technical details, specifications and tenders for Signalling projects

Monitor own performance and the progress of own work ensuring that potential variations are highlighted and appropriately managed

Contribute to the planning, programming and monitoring of resources to meet programme and budget requirements and targets

Perform duties as directed by Management from time to time in connection with Signalling design activities

Discharge safety responsibilities in relation to CDM and CSM Regulations, Health and Safety legislation and Company procedures
