We are looking for An Apprenticeship Advisor to join our Talent Team based in Birmingham. This is a maternity cover role that will likely be for 12 months.
The role will joined a well established and experienced team in one of our larger offices, Birmingham. We're looking for someone with experience of the UK apprenticeship scheme and someone who can support a wide range of stakeholders, from the talent team, to hiring managers.
You will act as point of contact for all managers & staff in the business advising on all Apprenticeship related issues, liaise with all external training providers with regards to Apprenticeships and the Levy and act as point of contact for all managers & staff in the business, advising on all Early Careers related issues.
You will be the first point of contact for all Apprentice & Graduate processes and work within the business to bring about improvement.
The role will support the Talent Co-ordinators where needed regarding other talent initiatives.
The role reports to the Early Careers Talent Manager.
This role will Manage all administration associated with Apprenticeships and the Apprenticeship Levy and you will be expected to be able to demonstrate understanding and experience within this field. We are looking for someone who has some experience in this area though this role will be a supportive role rather than a managerial role and will offer someone the opportunity to learn and develop their skills within the HR/talent field.
The successful applicant is likely to be a CIPD Associate member (or above) but this is not essential.
