Apprentice Training Administrator The Role: The Apprentice Training Administrator is responsible for providing an excellent
administration and customer service experience to our internal and external training clients.
They will also be expected to work towards achieving a Level 3 NVQ in Business
Administration or Customer Service. Key Responsibilities:
General Training Administration Assist the wider team with booking all training courses that are held at the centre and at
other locations
Recording and issuing of training certificates
Monitoring the room bookings calendar
Ensuring rooms are set-up with the correct equipment as requested by our clients
Populating the agreed Core Skills Matrix with competencies held by Barhale staff
Reviewing and cleansing training folders as directed by Training Administrator
Respond to ad-hoc training enquiries, directing queries to the relevant team member as
appropriate
Key measures & targets: Training administration activities are provided in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner
Evidence of growing external customer base from liaising with current and potential new
customers
Key relationships: Regional Training Coordinators in the wider Barhale business
Training Centre Training Coordinator Person Specification: The successful candidate is likely to meet all of the following criteria:
Essential Good communication skills, including a professional telephone manner
Good use of Microsoft Office package
Ability to present a positive appearance and image to all customers
Polite and professional in dealing with others

Desirable Construction industry experience

staff are trained and fully qualified in maintenance, calibration and inspection of a full range of
specialist safety & lifting equipment.
