division and manages operational and technology related risks on behalf of the

to manage risks to Firm technology, information and cyber threats through risk

Role
Profile

The individual will be
working in the capacity of an Agile Business Analyst and Project Manager in
Glasgow, reporting into the Information Security Incident Management and
Investigations (ISIMI) Governance and Problem Management team. The role requires a key facilitator, change
management expert, and strategic trainer that helps drive project success,
rallies the department around agile project management, and ensures process and
workflows keep up with necessary change.

The individual will
support management of the pipeline of ISIMI work, leading technical projects
through an agile, iterative process. Partners globally and on-site with Glasgow
Innovation team and engineering resources, driving, tracking and reporting on
the agile project development lifecycle including requirements gathering,
planning, design, development, until production completion.
