Administrator (Fleet) – Hemel Hempstead

Murphy are a construction and engineering company operating in the UK with a commercial fleet of 1,300 vehicles.

Murphy are recruiting a Plant/Fleet Administrator to keep on top of the paperwork associated with operating a commercial fleet. Are you looking for a fast-paced and dynamic role keeping on-top of the unexpected, from processing speeding tickets, congestion charges and MOT’s?

Keeping our drivers safely on the road and our vans insured and compliant with road safety.

THE ROLE

* management of penalty charge notices: paying invoices, logging on fors spreadsheet, appealing charges on behalf of Murphy.

* Management of intended prosecution notices: scanning in file, logging on fors spreadsheet, running and sharing a monthly report

* Management of Davis License Check in Website: new driver’s license checks, driver profiling, removing all leavers from Davis, cleansing data.

* Uploading documents to create a full ‘profile’ (Driver induction paperwork, Telematics forms, PCN’s, Speeding Offences

* Driver induction support by sending links for electronic completion or paper copies

* Writing and sending letters for parking permits and driving abroad

* Adding congestion charges to the auto pay system and removal when necessary

* Sending reminders to LeasePlan for pool cars and company vehicles to action MOTs

* Support and cover leave of other team members

* Always available to offer support and guidance for incoming queries

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm (start and finish is flexible, 37.5-hour week with a one hour unpaid lunchbreak)

Location: Boundary Way, Hemel Hempstead HP2 7SS (parking available)

Contract: 6 month fixed-term contract, option to extend for 3 months

Start: 10th May 2021

YOUR PROFILE

* Previous experience within a fast-paced administration post demonstrating excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.

* Experience in a fleet or commercial vehicle management administrative role.

* Familiarity with fleet related processes and procedures ie. Insurance and MOT, fors, Davis License Check

* MS package knowledge: Word, Excel etc.
