This is a superb opportunity for a career minded Administrative Assistant / Receptionist to support our technical staff with regard to administrative tasks within the London office.

Requirements: knowledge, personal skills and experience required:

* You will have excellent organisational skills

* You will possess excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

* You are self-motivated and a team player

* You will have proven written and verbal communication skills

* Previous experience within an Engineering environment would be a distinct advantage

Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Provide administrative support to the technical staff when required

* Answering incoming telephone calls

* Logging incoming and outgoing mail

* Secretarial duties including typing, binding, copying, filing

* Booking hotels, flights and rail tickets

* Booking training courses

* Ordering stationery, PPE and other office equipment

* Hard copy archiving

* Set up of meeting rooms including equipment and tea/coffee/lunch arrangements

* Pool car booking/servicing arrangements

* Arranging hire cars

* Updating / establishing new projects on SharePoint

* Organising Team socials / events

* Supporting Team with CV's / Timesheets

* Induction of new starters ensuing all IT and equip are ready for them upon their arrival

* In addition to these duties the Administration Assistant may perform other roles within projects or as instructed by the Administration Manager / Director
