We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join our Oxford office.
You will be part of the Buildings and Places division of our UK/I business, this is a well established office in need of someone who has admin experience in a busy environment.
Elements of this role will include the following; preparing correspondence, forms, spreadsheets, or documents, schedule meetings, make travel arrangements, maintains inventory of office supplies. You will undertake many other admin duties as needed to support the team.
You should be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures and rely on your own experience and knowledge to plan tasks and make appropriate judgements, you may direct the work of others so experience in guiding and leading people would be helpful.
You should have appropriate qualifications but experience is also essential and demonsrable experience in a busy environment will be highly valued.
